Kiérah is one of Canada’s finest and most versatile Celtic fiddle performers. After 13 years of classical training,  receiving one of the highest marks ever given by the Royal Conservatory of Music on her A.R.C.T. exam. With an Irish/Scottish heritage, Kiérah’s true passion is performing Celtic fiddle music, which she studied alongside her classical training. Her prodigious playing ranges from seemingly effortless to ferociously challenging.

Kiérah possesses a remarkable ability to completely captivate and engage audiences of all ages. Her high energy perforance style, her musicality and outstanding technical ability give her solo performances a fullness unachievable by most musicians.

Kiérah’s first two CDs – “Irish Madness” and “A Fiddle Affair” received nominations by the Canadian Folk Music Awards in 2008 and 2010.  Kiérah’s third CD – “Stonemason’s Daughter” won a 2013 Canadian Folk Music Award for “Young Performer of the Year”.

As a prolific composer and due to numerous requests for her music, Kiérah has written and published B.C.’s first book of all original fiddle tunes – “Kierah’s Collection”. It can be purchased at Long and McQuade music stores across Canada as well as from her website.
